Pegasus welcomes 100th aircraft with Atat眉rk livery

Low-cost Turkish carrier Pegasus Airlines has taken delivery of its 100th aircraft. 

On September 30, 2023, the A321, registration TC-RDP, landed at Istanbul Sabiha G枚k莽en Airport (SAW) after completing its delivery flight from the Airbus manufacturing facility in Finkenwerder, Hamburg. 

This aircraft not only represents a symbolic milestone in the growth of Turkey精东影业 largest private airline, but also celebrates the 100th anniversary of the Turkish republic. For that reason, this particular aircraft has been named Cumhuriyet (鈥楻epublic鈥) and emblazoned with a portrait of Mustafa Kemal Atat眉rk, considered the father of the Turkish state. 

In March 2023, Pegasus presented record financial results and it has increased each successive new aircraft order with Airbus. Virtually all this new capacity has been added in the form of more A321neo aircraft.聽

The last instance of this was in July 2023, when Pegasus increased its outstanding A321neo order to 150 by adding 36 aircraft to an existing 114-strong order.聽
